His idea is that the world is made of fire. It has a more symbolic meaning than anything else. He compares the world to a flame. Think of a small candle flame. It seems to have a perfect form, but the truth us that there is so much destruction going on within the flame. Society has made it look like the world is stable, as if there was a system keeping everything in place, but there is chaos. There is suffering and destruction in the world. Or even with making a project. The end product is always structured and orderly, but there was a scrabble to put it together. His main point was that things are not how they appear.
